DIY CUPCAKE LINER GARLAND

Ah, the cuteness in this Garland!  Cotton fabric and tulle, netting, and then cupcakes liners...and I Love the brown paper liners:)

So easy to make.  A little twine, a needle...

some ribbon, some lace...
